The Maverick Football Team's annual awards ceremony was held on Sunday, February 10, 2008, in the Centennial Student Union Ballroom at Minnesota State Mankato. Touchdown Club's Jo Freese provided an introduction on behalf of the Club. The Football Awards Program included the announcement of letterwinners, academic reognition earned by the student athletes, awards voted on by team members, a still photograph montage, recognition of graduating seniors, video outtakes, and comments about the future from new Head Coach Todd Hoffner. A game highlights DVD was also played.
