MINNESOTA STATE MAVERICKS

Mankato, Minn. --- The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association release the week 7 Central Region rankings. The Minnesota State men's cross country team are ranked sixth in the poll dropping one spot from last week.

The Mavericks are one of five teams from the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference that are ranked in the week 7 Poll. Joining the Mavericks are Augustana (#5), MSU Moorhead (#8), St. Cloud State (#9) and Minnesota Duluth (#10).

The Mavericks will compete in the North Central Regional, on November 7, 2009 in Wayne, Neb.
