Mavericks Place Seventh in NCAA Div. II Central Regional Championship

Wayne, Neb.  – The Mavericks participated in the NCAA Div. II Central Regional Championship which was hosted by Wayne State College today. The men finished the 10,000 Meter event in seven place out of 19 teams.

 

Senior James Krajsa (Moorhead, Minn.) was the first Minnesota State runner to finish, finishing in 26th place with a time of 32:53.3. Senior Jonathan Stoltman (Little Falls, Minn.) finished with a time of 33:08.5 (33). Senior Denise Mokaya finished in 37th place in 33:25.7, while junior Jeff Lombardo (Lakeville, Minn.) finished in 51st place with a time of 34:03.7. The fifth Maverick to finish was freshman Jacob bastyr (Owatonna, Minn.) with a time of 34:09.4 (55).

 

Also running for Minnesota State were sophomore Adam Noll (Alexandria, Minn., 63rd, 34:27.1) and freshman Nick Emmans (Minnetonka, Minn., 79th, 27:35).
