MSU Women Ranked #6 in USTFCCCA Week 1 Regional Poll

Mankato, Minn. --- The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association released the top-10 rankings for the Central Region . The Minnesota State women's cross country team was ranked sixth in the Preseason Poll and remain sixth after week one.
The Mavericks are one of four teams from the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference that are ranked in this week's poll. Joining the Mavericks are Augustana (#2), Minnesota Duluth(#4) and Mary (#9).
The Mavericks will compete in the St. Olaf Invitational on September 19, 2009 in Northfield, Minn.
