Mankato, Minn. -- Minnesota State women's soccer coach Peter McGahey has announced one more student-athlete, Nicole Dooher (New Hope, Minn.)  has committed to play women's soccer at MSU.

Nicole Dooher, Forward/Midfielder, New Hope, Minn., Armstrong High School

Dooher a transfer from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, graduated in the spring of 2009 from Armstrong High School...A four-year starter and letter-winner for the Falcons...Dooher was named Armstrong HS Soccer Offensive Player of the Year and All-Conference in 2005, 2006 and 2007...Team captain her junior and senior seasons and placed fourth at state her junior season...Made the Minnesota state high school soccer top-ten leading scorer/assists in 2005 and 2006...Dooher participated in club soccer from 2003-2007, winning the Minnesota Premier League Championships in 2004, '05, and '07...The daughter of Anthony and Tammy Dooher, Nicole intends to major in sports medicine or nursing.
