Augustana Downs Mavericks in Semifinals

MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. --- The fifth-seeded Minnesota State women’s tennis team suffered a 5-0 loss to top-seeded Augustana Sunday morning in the semifinals of the 2010 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference championships held at the Baseline Tennis Center on the campus of the University of Minnesota.
The Vikings swept through doubles action before earning wins at the #6 and #1 spots to close out the match.
Minnesota State’s season concludes with a 12-12 record.
