St. Paul, Minn. --- The fifth seeded Minnesota State volleyball squad traveled to St. Paul, Minn. to take part in the 2009 NCAA Division II Central Region Tournament hosted by #1 seed Concordia University, St. Paul. The Mavericks opened competition against fellow Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference member, #4 Wayne State.

The Mavericks earned the fifth seed in the central region of the NCAA Division II volleyball tournament and will take on fellow NSIC member , #4 Wayne State. The match will take place on Thursday, November 19, at 5:00 p.m. in St. Paul, Minn. at the Gangelhoff Center.
